Famous Homemade Peanut Brittle

Our old fashioned Peanut Brittle is famous at The Deerfield Fair in New Hampshire. You may have found us there in concessions building #1 where we have sold tons of our hand crafted, hand stretched, thin and crunchy peanut brittle to loyal customers for over 55 years during the fair each year in late September. Our customers come back year after year to buy our candies and tell us that our peanut brittle is the best they have ever had. 

Made with granular sugar and raw Spanish peanuts that we buy locally and cooked in our Great Pappy's original copper kettle with his original recipe dating back over a hundred years. We hand stretch every batch so thin you can almost see through it and we have the muscles to prove it!  One of the first candies I learned to make with my Dad in my Grandfather's candy kitchen. A real New England favorite!
