Chocolate Truffles (Fancy)

These truffles are unlike any other. These are one of a kind creations that we have thought out, tried and sampled to our customers for their opinions and they keep coming back for more. Hand rolled chocolate centers in different flavors made from scratch dipped in a variety of chocolates. Some are rolled in nuts or other crunchy coatings and dipped again in chocolate, while others are double dipped in two kinds of chocolate. 
All of these truffles except for the Mudslide flavor are gluten free.

Available Mid-November through Valentines Day

On hand now are nine varieties. Comes in a one pound box of all varieties (approximately 12 to 14 pieces) or half pound box (6 to 7 pieces)

Our eggnog with it's festive holiday taste lightly spiked with rum oil and nutmeg spice is a sure delight. It's milk chocolate center blends nicely dipped in a white chocolate shaded a light yellow in color. A mellow taste to be savored.

Our snowball truffle's center is chocolate with rum oil and coconut, dipped in white chocolate, rolled in coconut and dipped again in white chocolate. A real heavenly treat that tastes like another!

Our mudslide truffle is a chocolate lovers delight! Chocolate center with Irish cream and Kahlua, dipped in dark chocolate rolled in chocolate cookie crunch and dipped again in dark chocolate. This one is a favorite of many.

Our toasted almond truffle speaks for itself with its' wonderful amaretto flavor and crunchy freshly cooked crushed almonds. Dipped in a blend of white and milk chocolate. Sweet and delightful. 

Our pecan delight is done in dark chocolate with lots of delicious pecans. Rich flavors of dark chocolate, butter and freshly cooked pecans. 

Our raspberry margarita has a hint of Tequila, lime and raspberry oils rolled in pink raspberry flavored chocolate and dipped again in extra dark chocolate and topped with Maine sea salt. Always a party favorite!

Our peanut butter truffle is half creamy old fashioned all natural peanut butter and half rich chocolate dipped in smooth milk chocolate.

Our mint truffle has a Creme de Menthe oil added to a chocolate center dipped in dark chocolate and kissed with a green mint white chocolate stripe. Cool and refreshing after dinner!

Our milk chocolate sea salt truffle is made with a milk chocolate center, double dipped in milk chocolate and sprinkled with Maine sea salt over the top. A beautiful blend of chocolaty richness meets a salty finish.
