Chocolate Covered Italian Pizzelle Cookies

This is something I have wanted to make for a while now. Dave's Mom, Aunt and Grandmother always made pizzelle cookies for the family for the holidays, my favorite! Only I decided to dip them in chocolate and they are oh so good! These large cookies are sold individually wrapped. They come in choice of white chocolate anise wafer, milk chocolate almond wafer and dark chocolate chocolate wafer. No two exactly alike so design my vary.
