Coconut Chocolate Bluebird/Robin Nests

Inspired by my love of bluebirds. These are fun and cute little gifts to give during the birth of a new spring or any time. Each nest is lovingly made by hand of a blend of chocolate with coconut added to resemble the texture of a real nest and shaped into a cup to hold three bite sized white chocolate blue eggs. A little extra hand colored coconut is added for grass. Wrapped in a cellophane bag and tied off with a pretty blue or rattan ribbon. If you or someone you love likes coconut these will be enjoyed. Delicious and precious. Also makes a wonderful addition to your holiday place settings. Each nest is approximately 3 to 4 ounces.
